By accessing and using Cockroach Janta Club ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Platform Description

Cockroach Janta Club is a free-to-play daily knowledge challenge platform. Users can read articles, complete quizzes, compete on leaderboards, and enter free lucky draws with real cash prizes paid via UPI.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in giveaway entries
  • You must be a resident of India
  • You must provide a valid UPI ID for prize collection
  • Employees of Cockroach Janta Club and their immediate family members are not eligible

3. Free Participation

No purchase is necessary to participate. Entry into the daily quiz and lucky draw is completely free. No payment is required at any stage of participation.

4. Quiz Rules

  • Each challenge is available for a limited time window
  • Each device/session may submit the quiz only once per challenge
  • Answers cannot be changed after submission
  • Quiz submissions after the challenge end time will not be counted
  • Any attempt to manipulate scores or circumvent restrictions will result in disqualification

5. Giveaway Entry Rules

  • One giveaway entry per email address per challenge
  • Participants must complete the quiz before entering
  • Participants must provide accurate and valid information
  • False or duplicate entries will be disqualified
  • Sharing your score on WhatsApp may grant bonus entries (optional, not mandatory)

6. Winner Selection

Winners are selected via a weighted random draw after each challenge closes. The selection process is conducted by the platform administrators and is final. Higher-scoring participants with valid entries are eligible for the draw; sharing may provide additional weighted entries.

7. Prize Distribution

  • Prizes are paid via UPI within 7 business days of announcement
  • Winners are notified via the email address provided during entry
  • Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited after 14 days
  • Winners must verify their identity upon request
  • Payment proofs are published publicly with partially masked personal information

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to submit entries
  • Create multiple accounts or use multiple devices to gain unfair advantages
  • Attempt to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the platform
  • Submit false personal or payment information
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable Indian law

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform including articles, quiz questions, images, branding, and code are the intellectual property of Cockroach Janta Club. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

10. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any challenge, giveaway, or the platform itself at any time without notice. Lucky draw results are final and not subject to appeal.

11. Limitation of Liability

Cockroach Janta Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation on the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the prize in any individual challenge.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
